One feature I'd pay extra to have in Far Cry 3..

To be able to remove the NPCs/enemies...that's it, then I could fire up the game with my 5yr old son and go exploring the jungle/hangliding/etc

It's a shame as it's such a beautiful game even on PS3 and I'd love to have a version I could let my son see

Take over a bunch of the bases, and you'll have a friendly area that you can explore in peace!

Used to be able to disable AI in the console on older versions, but 3 doesn't seem to have one. It is moddable though and comes with a map editor (\far cry 3\bin\).

Best info I can find on modding http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-for-Far-Cry-3

If you're willing to put some time in, I'm sure you could at least 'break' the enemy AI even if you can't remove them entirely.

EDIT: Teepee makes a good point too; if you took all the outposts and finished the story, I can't think of anywhere you'd find human enemies.
EDIT2: Didn't see you were on console, so no mods, but the editor will be on the main menu somewhere.

Create a map using the editor (which even exists in the console version!) and put no AI in there. Job done, no?

Thanks guys, I guess the negative part of the game (no random enemies in cleared areas) is a bonus for what I want to do. Might go down the editor route but I'd like to explore the map with no worrying about being attacked by anything! :d

Having the hostile wildlife should be a positive.. Add an element of excitement.
