GP32 - For pinball dreams all the home brew stuff
nicely eccentric option there Gunbuster
/me hits entware's site & forks out for pinball dreams
Palm VIIIxe - alchemy and solitairs. There are loads of other games too.
I used to be into the handheld scene but sort of died off after the linx, gamegear and gameboy. I am interested in the PSP but the rumours of a 300 - 400 quid price tag is a little steep for something that is a minature update of the PS2 in all reality, will wait a while and watch the price drop then get one, the Nintendo DS will get a look in but as with both of these unit's they will be thoroughly tried and tested before cash is handed over.
ATM, I've got a GBA for games like Advance Wars and I use my Nokia 7610 for Java games/GBC & MAME emulators.
I might be tempted by a PSP when it comes out, but I'll reserve judgement until it's released.
I am probably going to be buying both the Nintendo DS and the Playstation Portable. I am a big fan of handheld gaming and I love my GBASP.

I have an ngage (old style), have to say dont think many of the games are worth the price tag, but the radio is great :)
The saving grace is the ability to put multiple games on one MMC card, hence i have about 10 games on 1 card.
I also have a pocket PC and am looking at getting some strategy games for that, thers ment to be a laser squad type thing out will have a look.

oddly i'm not a handheld fan - i've barely used my gba
i use my gp32 for mp3 playing, lucasarts classics, doom & quake.
Another vote for GP32, great for watching simpsons at work.
You forgot the Gizmondo!
I've got a GBA right now, but I'd love one of those PSPs when they're finally available. So much widescreen niceness - unlike those stupid n-gages
