The only good thing about the game is how authentic it all feels. When you're squashing Ewoks under the big heavy feet of your AT walker, you really do feel like you're in the movie.....that is until you see your fellow storm trooper jump onto a speeder bike and slam it full pelt into a tree that was 10 metres infront of where he started. The AI really is dumb.
I did a skirmish on Endor as the Rebels, with heroes turned on, which meant Darth and Luke were running around the level slicing opponents up with their light-sabres.....hang on, did I say Darth AND Luke? I meant, Darth was slicing, Luke was COWERING in a hollowed out tree trunk and didn't budge for the ENTIRE battle. He was actually useless, and came bottom in the scoreboard at the end.

Multiplayer is ok but it gets tiresome.

I myself have the X-Box and I think it rules.

It incorporates all the aspects of Star Wars, all the way from Episode 1 through to Return Of The Jedi.

It allows you to play as the normal foot soldier (as well as pilot) because in all of the other Star Wars game you played as a Jedi and in this you are given the perspective from the normal foot soldier even though there is a very shallow storyline.

I felt that the levels were very small and this made it hard to fly around, especially on Hoth with the snow speeders.

I haven't yet played the PC version yet so I can't comment about the control system but on X-Box the control system seems pretty good for a console FPS.

I didn't find the snow speeders difficult at all but those speeder bikes on Endor are a bugger

On the PC version apparently it is possible to increase the CPU time given to AI characters, meaning they are much more intelligent... Not sure how to do it I guess it would be a console or cmd hack..

Yeah, I just got the PC version, the snow speeders are fairly difficult to control, when your in/on a vehicle (such as the AT-ST) and your in 3rd person, its seems very zoomed in, makes your view very crowded.

I actually found most of the vehicles hard to control, mainly the air vehicles though, their handling is too slow for me!

    Well modelled though

I would have though the CPU hack thing would be in there, it was there in bf1942 so I wouldn't have though they would have missed that one out

The best way to fly the ships in this is to use the keyboard to steer and the mouse for precise aiming / shooting. also flying at the slowest speed by holding S gives you a better chance of not flying off map !! once you get used to it the vehicles/ships are quite fun
