Oh yes, but my xbox RROD'ed last year and I'm not buying another at this point, so I'm left praying for a PC port.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-24109176 Lucky buggers. Video half way down brings back so many memories. Didn't realise how big the budget was on GTAV that's an astonishing amount of money, trumps most movies. by some accounts though they've made it back on pre-orders alone. Amazing.

Can't complain to much about the xbox, it lasted 5-6 years at least. Ho hum.

Inspired by the beeb, my afternoons listening; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ByB...D6B8FBD2431CBA Classic soundtrack.

Re: The Official GTA V thread

GTAV will be coming to PC, that's almost certain, but not before next year(I'd wager Q2 from past experience and after any next gen port). No way Rockstar turns down the amount of sales they will get from a PC port, £100mil being a lowball estimate. It's just a shame that nowadays doing the consoles first is the better business plan thanks to exclusivity deals and piracy being less of a problem.

piracy is actually more of a problem in consoles then pc's especially outside of the UK.

Re: The Official GTA V thread

Game Rental companies damage the industry more than piracy, and Piracy is alot less of an issue than they make you believe.

I sold my xbox in feb so another vote for the PC port here!

Re: The Official GTA V thread

I am proper excited about GTAV, although I am worried about switching on the 360 since i cannot remember the last time i used it, plus even if it is working I bet the game kills it.

I bet you it is more that 1 year before it gets released on the PC, can I hold out that long.. more importantly can i bare listening to 12 year old yanks on multiplay.

Re: The Official GTA V thread

My copy arrived a day late, but I somehow managed to sink a good 4 hours of gaming last night
Haven't really done the main missions either, just been driving around, causing havock and doing some side missions
It's quite amazing to see just how much there is to do
