Hello All,

I've never got round to using them before for preorders, but I'm planning to get Wind Waker HD from them. I hear a lot of good things about them making sure you get it on the release date, however, if anyone has used them for preorders before, do have to use the 1st Class signed for (£1.99 extra) to guarantee this, or will the freebie post suffice. I'm thinking the former, but would appreciate thoughts from people who have used them before

I've used them several times over the past few years. I've only ever used Standard delivery for items anywhere unless I had to. Shopto have been consistent with sending out orders to arrive either on day of release, day before release or very rarely day after release (but that was Royal Fails fault of not delivering to my area that day)

Cheers. I'd raised a ticket to ask their customer services and try basically sad the same. Just pick the free postage and they will make sure that it gets to you for the day of release. Well, I've put in my preorder so will see how it goes in terms of performance.

I've been a customer of Shopto for years. The standard delivery option is the one to use and what I have been using for all my order's to receive items on or before launch day. No need to pay extra.

Well, its launch day for Wind Waker and unfortunately nothing in my porch when I got home Hoping that it turns up tomorrow then - though its probably going to be next week I bet... Not happy. Would have happily paid more to get it release day but was told by them I wouldnt have to. Maybe it was just Royal Mail, oh well...

I ordered gta 5 from them and it didnt come on time and all i got was a stupid £5 refund which was stupid cause i paid £5 more than amazon,game etc to get it on release day

Well, I have since ordered Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut from them, and it came a day early, so pleased with that and have to say that they are very good on price.

I've pre-ordered a tonne of stuff from them and 9/10 it's arrived the day before!
