    Probably doom 3, damn thing makes me jump every 5 minutes.

    Another vote for Avp2. I wont play as marine. Predator missions towards the end were quite scary. Particularly when you 'lose' sight of an alien (or 2) between the rocks, and the android things the humans have freak me out a bit. Supurb tho, game even today

    systemshock 2! Unfortunatly I never compleated it and cant find it in the shops after loosing my disk. was a great game. Was about where 3/4 through, ith the scary monkeys, when I stoped playing for a few weeks, just before a hdd died and lost my save
