Half life 2 opinions, and screens... 56k*

This thread is dedicated to hl2 discussion and screen shots! Cause I just know all of us with those fancy high end video cards are just dying to take some beautiful screens. If you do... post them here! Also post your opinion on the game, do you feel it was worth the hype? Or just another Doom 3 kinda game...

I ordered Men of Valour: Vietnam & Vampire Masquerade - Bloddlines too. All gonna come at the same time by the looks of things. But HL2 gets priority. Got a weeks holiday left......a few days quality HL time......

I think HL2 is going to be a superb game .... although whether or not it is going to match up with the hype it's had is another thing.

Sadly I'm going to have to wait even longer to play it - funds are low at the moment ... why did I have to propose BEFORE HL2 came out! Darn expensive things weddings!

Oddly enough i even remember the 8page half life review on some magazine back in the day , I didnt pay attention back then and only got interested in it now. HL even runs on my laptop so i should get working on it right away

i espeically like the way it aint coming out on xbox till may, so finally console gamers will have to wait to play a good game, unlike san andreas and halo 2

We waited to play Halo, and it wasn't worth it, as it was a decent game when it came out on the Xbox, and a poor port of a then poor game on the PC.

As for Half Life II, Valve would need some balls to release anything other than a near perfect product after all this time...

But until you can activate it, it cannot be played. Having a copy in your hand wont help you. If you have a copy, but can't activate it, you can't play it, and until the 16th, you can't.
