Fallout 4?

I've heard some recent news about a Fallout 4 coming around soon. I'm like so freakin excited about this! Any Fallout fans out there? What do you guys think about this?

It's the game that got me into gaming, and since 3 I've yet to find a game that lives up to its standard. I'd be super happy to see a number 4.

There will be one, but they haven't given out any information on it yet, let alone release info which is what the OP was on about.

I too enjoyed the Fallout series, would love to see another.

There were rumours a few months ago, & a 'countdown' website went up which was supposed to relate to an announcement from Bethesda.

Unfortunately is was a bit of a hoax - the website was put up by someone trying to push forward development of the game. I was very excited for a while there too...

Exactly! My friends were telling me all about that, but unfortunately there is no official info of a Fallout 4 coming out any time soon. I'm really sorry guys. I'll check my facts next time I decide to get everybody excided about something. I hope you find it in your hearts to forgive me. Again really sorry. But, according to t3.com, on march 21st there is a new teaser site that confirms that Bethesda is in the works of preparing a new installment to the Fallout franchise.

I feel so terrible right now, but besides the argument as to when Fallout 4 will be released, what do you guys expect from it, I mean the game is obviously going to look 10 times more crisp than its previous games. And, what about the open world? Will it be as large as Fallout New Vegas, or even bigger and more vast?

I just hope there is a new engine and that some of the old dogs from Interplay and Obsidian Entertainment are involved. The humor and depressing feeling needs to be spot on. A whole bunch more realism would be nice too. Move more towards Metro LL maybe? Make it more intense and less cartoon/MMO. Less like Borderlands and Skyrim. All while keeping the large world maps and number of locations. O also keep the mod community. O and send me a free copy. The collectors edition of course.
