using the same tactics as Game, make up a release date, start making money from pre-orders well before it has been released and off the customers who will have forgotten they have pre-ordered it by the time it comes out!

I used game for my HL2 preorder, and i can't really complain. Only problem was that i preordered it in august 2003 and then moved house the following april, so i had to cancel it and do a new one. They didn't charge me until they sent it. They warned me with a number of emails when release date was confirmed. Their predicted release dates were the same as everyone elses. Apart from the silly 2 day delivery they sent it with i have no complaints.
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.
