MX2 getting slack

The 1st time I bought something from MX2, it arrived 2 weeks late, only 1 day left to return if I didnt like it. Which p*issed me off a bit.

I ordered DoW on the 16th of october. I have still yet to recieve my product. As MX2 have happily taken the money from my account.

But its my fault for not getting in touch with them after 15 days. Now would that be 15 days from the time I placed my order? Or 9 days l8r when it was actually shipped as it was out of stock, leaving me with only 6 days left to return it if i didnt like it. But wait, it says leave 5-7 days for delivery. That would mean I would be too late to return when I actually get it, or have only 1 day to return.

I will never shop at MX2 again. I think its worth paying a few £ extra from someone else to actually recieve the product you pay for.

Umm its 14 says after delivery you have to return it (law).

Even still, I would personally not bother with MX2. I've requested stuff be cancelled from them before because it was so late which they aknowledge yet the goods still turned up and I was charged.

yeh they had farcry cd rom version on there,

i bought it, didnt turn up, they didnt even take the money out of my account.

all they did was take farcry cd rom of the eshelves?
