    fixing b0rked cs 1.6

    ok heres the deal:

    used to run cs at 1024x768 on my monitor
    lent my monitor to my mate
    now i cant run cs
    because this monitor only does 800x600

    what i wana knwo is, is there a file i can edit to change at what res it will run at or what, or any other way?

    any ideas?

    add -width 800 -height 600 to the command line

    Right click on your shortcut > properties > and add the above to the "target" field. Make sure you have a space between the last " and the -
