    Through the post today...

It came in a HUGE box - and in that huge box was a tin... a very special tin.

A tin stamped with lambda to the power of two.

Yes, it was indeed Half-Life 2 collectors edition.

    Woot to that!

Have you only just got it? How come you haven't got it sooner?

You were wrong not to get it before, but I'm glad you have it now .

The symbol (lamda) is used a lot in physics to represent the wavelength's of things (light etc).

Easy guys... I have HL2 already - DVD edition. I'm just such a HL nut that I ordered the special collector's edition too.

I completed HL2 in 6 days on hard... now I'm playing the first one through again, then onto the second, in an attempt to grasp the "big picture."

I prefer my original HL t-shirt... although that itself is well worn now

Valve if you're listening I'd love a new one!

The book is... a book - I don't need no guide!

I was actually tempted to shelve it, still wrapped, but then I realised I'd never be able to wear the t-shirt. It's nice.
