Should we say that the first person to have it installed and can log on, posts on hexus with the name of the server that they are using. That way we can ensure everyone from Hexus is on the same server?

I only have version 1.1.0, do you know where to get the patch?
Is that before the localisation? If so there is definatly no patch. They probably want everyone to download the latest version anyway, instead of patching.
