    Re: No Man's Sky

Is it wrong to have over 100 hours logged so far adding a few hours most nights.

Since the foundation update appeared, I find myself drawn to the game in the evening for a few hours either hunting lifeforms or mining resources.

I hope they keep adding more to it as I'm finding its a slow paced title for exploring, which to be fair is ideal after hours of stomping hordes etc on other games.

I think I've played this too much though as now I'm pressing Q + Space to melee jump and fly in other games and I have found myself pressing C to scan in other games as well

Good to see the Dev's still updating it, got a refund a while back but not half tempted to buy again with the recent expansions.

The latest update is pretty solid. Still, to put it in the context of the initial marketing hype, it's "early access" level of content. But it does offer hours of fun with a good deal more variety than at launch.

Think I'm going to reinstall this. Are you able to land manually yet?

No Man’s Sky update 1.5 is apparently in the works, according to several new developments in the Waking Titan ARG. It's expected to bring massive updates.

    Re: No Man's Sky

No mans sky has improved a lot since it launched. What I like about the game is free massive updates this game haves. Where as most other games would make you pay to have up updates like this in the form of dlc or expansions.

    Re: No Man's Sky

The fact it continues to update to this day is quite impressive to the game devs. Still quite underwhelming unfortunately.

    Re: No Man's Sky

I've kind of wanted to try NMS for a while but do wonder whether it might be a bit dull. Should I really give it a go?

    Re: No Man's Sky

I got it while on sale, very cheap. Tried it for about an hour, just seemed to be blindly running round a cartoon looking planet shooting at rocks if I remember rightly. The game didn't really give me any direction about what I was supposed to do. Quickly gave up, should probably try again and watch some youtube videos I think!
