I think you needed to be on the insider to get it, I've got it running on PC for no cost.

Thanks DR - I figured it out; for whatever reason when accessing the origin site from Win 10, I found that the JS scripts were taking ages to complete. Kaspersky may have had a hand in that.

I've killed Kaspersky and since then was able to get the EA pop-up for the beta. Spent about 2 hrs playing today, or should I say, getting flogged to death.

Frame rates were decent enough on the GTX 1080, although I've now bumped the blower fan speed from 35% to 85% as it was touching 87degC at times causing performance to drop. GPU core idle is around 42-44degC.

Taking delivery of a Predator X34 next week, found a local agent to import it from Singapore

Are you running SLI? Seems like the HB (High-bandwidth) bridge is the only decent option and even then performance increases are a toss-up.

Since I've got 20-PCIe lanes free (4x taken up by the NVMe boot SSD), I'm thinking of adding another 1080.
