Can I just ask - is this Discord server for any users of Hexus or just those that Outwar allows in?
I've tried joining for a few days but it seems I'm banned.

If I'm banned or not allowed in, please can a reason be supplied?

You know the reason. You were a mod on the hexus discord, where you constantly started random exhausting arguments. On your last day on the server you threw a tantrum and then abused your mod position by deleting some of the text channels and started then started saying offensive things to me in the pms.
