    Yea, and Maddox will proabably lose it's publisher, let's hope IL-2 keeps sales up or we may never see another 'classic' flight sim again, unless you like MS Flight Simulator.

    EA will be done for Monopolisation soon if they carry on.

    *hopefully* EA will chuck money at IL2 to 'improve' it and not just bin it.

    Hoping of course they won't arcadify it to appeal to the masses...

    Hmmmmm i wonder how EA will manage to squeeze a 'nitrous' addon into Prince of Persia.

    Anyway, having big huge publishing corporations (or corporation) is very bad for the industry. Simply it means developers will be bullied into sticking to a release deadline, at the cost of some game features whould they start falling behind on dates.

    I would think if EA had published GT4 or Half Life, we'd have seen them out a long time ago, but they wouldnt have been anywhere near well crafted or as polished as they are - which is why EA are so hated.
