Yep, loads of reports of 7+ dead pixels on jap psp's including imports. Now thats a lot for a monitor let alone a screen this small

A lot of Jap psp's have been returned due to having a square button that less responsive than the other buttons. Sony response = tough.

Also keep in mind that Sony will not honor warranties on import machines, so if it goes wrong, your on your own, or you will have to reship to its purchase place.

the square button was too close to the screen so it was crushing/flexing the screen, thus damaging it, and the button in the process. This is why dead pixels have been reported, the screen has been flexed and broken pixels.

There have also been reports of some units crashing....
