GT4 - Licence Test A-7.

Test A-7, where you have to get the Golf GTi around the 2 corners in:

Bronze Time: 0'18.600
Silver Time: 0'17.400
Gold Time: 0'17.200

I've got 0'17.214, but after countless goes can't get the Gold. What exactly do I have to do?

Its only two corners so there's not really room for major strats, but it just seems impossible to go any faster than I did. If I brake I lose time, go any faster I skid off.

I admit I tend to loathe these sorts of games, but I am trying to enjoy GT4, but this testing is getting on my nerves. FAQs seem to think its an easy Gold, but I can't get it after a million goes.

ignore getting golds to start with,

do every thing else in the game then go back to the licenses to get your 100% complete

i didnt have to do the A or B test as i transferred the licenses from GT3, so i dont know exactly which corners these are - but the thing to concentrate on is exit speed, even if that means braking slightly earlier to get the nose in and plant it sooner.
