PCGH did some CPU benchmarks, but at 720P:

The game does appear to scale well with more cores. A Ryzen 7 3700X/3800X is around the same as a Ryzen 5 5600X/Core i5 10600K despite being slower in most games.

CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."

Are you deliberately trying to generate coil whine?

Quick question, what are people using to display fps count?
I want to figure out the best setup for my lowly fx8350 and gtx970

Re: Cyberpunk 2077 - Performance Overview (Tom's Hardware)

Cool I'll give that a go tonight and report back

edit: interesting that tom's article is saying 18fps average at 1440p medium settings on a 970, I'm sure I'm getting more than that, I might be on low though I've been having a lot of crashing issues
still love the game so far

I am sure the low fps maybe down to it maxing the graphics card ram, it certainly is using most if not all of it

The game is very CPU limited when there are a lot of NPCs,so reduce the crowd density to low. Reduce shadow and reflections settings to low. Switch off contact shadows and screen space reflections. Reduce level of detail to low. Drop resolution down to 1920X1080. With my GTX1080,I am running the game at 1920X1080 on my 1440p monitor at mostly Ultra settings. I get around 35~60fps,but hovers in the mi 40FPS range. If use the same settings at 1440p it is closer to 30FPS.

when you say CPU limited. is that on Ryzens?
because there's a bug where it doesn't use the CPU properly https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comment...ostly/gfjf1vo/
