Half Life 2 Deathmatch clan

I'd like to join a Deathmatch clan, but I'm not sure where to start. Does anyone here run one, or want to start one?

dont have a clue where clans can be found?!

Anyone else? I won't have time/equipment to run a server myself, plus I don't have a clue how to do it. Would it be feasible to get a bunch of Hexites together ala the CS clan? Or is anyone here recruiting for their own clan?
