Its running nice on mine, only thing under on the recommended spec is the processor as mine runs at 1.83 Ghz (XP 2500+ Barton core). Running it in 1024x768 no AA or AF, detailed textures, medium shadows, bottom option for hardware whatever on (cant remember what that one is ! ) Looks really nice and I'm getting a steady framerate out of my Rad 9600 Pro and a gig of ram !

Having the usual difficulties in playing something I havnt played in a while ! Getting used to the controls again and getting back into the way the game itself works, loved the first 2 games in the series and this one looks just as good, only played it for about 10 mins so far as I bought it this afternoon.

Picked it up 2nd hand (already !! ) for £21 in Chips in town. Cant go wrong at that price, lucky find !

Yes the Montreal studio really outdid themselves. IIRC even Tim Sweeney admitted the work done by those UBI guys with tweakin gthe engine so much and adding so many more features like HDR was very impressive.

I finally managed to get into the way the game works, very impressed. First level I killed 16 guards with head shots and incapacitated just 4 giving me an overall level score of 51% !

Currently on the 2nd level now and taking alot more time and thought in what I'm doing and have yet to have been spotted or used my gun (except to knock out a few lights) Water and the rain effects outside the ship are amazing to say the least.

I like the nice new touches they have added also, especially in the way you can open doors, one of the options is to just bash it open. Thing I really like is now when you open the door staelth like, he holds the door and gradually opens it giving you the option to retract if someone just happens to start heading you're way, he used to just open it completely but quietly in the past games.

yeah, its a cool touch the way he can close the door again. Also like the way he pads from foot to foot when he's near a guard and just about to put the pain on him. I have the attention span of a spice girl when it comes to games nowadays but I'm still more than enamoured with CT...
