Exclamation Plz help - STEAM problem :(

    What does this mean?

I was happily playing CS yesterday and noticed that some settings that I changed havent been saved :/ (Changed a button to use voice talk from K to V)

Now when I tried to connect to a server earlier, it came back with that message :/

I had the exact same error. I then logged out. However it then would not let me log in again, It said that my internet connection was down ? (which it wasnt) So in the end I uninstalled steam, deleted all reg entries, rebooted.

Then re-installed steam, logged in then updated taking about 20mins.

    FIXED
