MOH: Breakthrough

noticed we don't have a medal of honor: breakthrough thread, so thought i better start one.

thanks to gameplay and their early posting policy meant i got this on thursday, i haven't played load of the single player (just a few missions) but i have really enjoyed it. it's basically just more of the same, but if you liked the original then you'll like this.

multiplayer is a similar story, some good new maps and some interesting italian weapons.

worth £15 in my opinion

I finished the single player, medium difficulty setting, it wasn't hard, just really annoying in places. There is a distinct lack of ammo, which makes certain sections impossible, a few time I gave up and loaded an old save game taking more care with the ammo second time round. Enemies ain't too clever, just the usual MOH sidestep, spawn points of the nazis are a tad annoying though... 'nothing there, okay i'll walk through here then... BANG!' Sniped by some lamer behind a lump of bush on a hill who wasn't there a moment ago.

Bit short, worth a play though, esp. since Halo suxs and HL2 will be out on the same day as TF2 and Duke Nukem (taking)Forever, lol.

I as well enjoyed all the Medal of Honor games, but I was very disappointed that with the Breakthrough expansion they didn't put all the New manable guns and tanks into the Multiplayer part of the game.
The maps are nice, but it would be nice to jump into one of those tanks or trucks seen in the multiplayer maps.

I want more features from the single player active in multiplayer.

I like the new Secret Weapons of War exspansion for Battlefield 1942 much better.
