FAR CRY Help Online

Need help Please!

If any of you have ever played Far Cry online can any one please enlighten me to why
every time I go to create a server and then get my mates to connect to it this see it as 9999 Ping and it is greyed out? :mad:

Thought it was just my comp but got mate to create server and he gets same to....

I have tried opening ports

UBI.com ports:

TCP: 40000 - 42999
UDP: 41005

Far Cry game ports:

Server:

Outgoing port 49001/49002
Ingoing is client dependant

But still no joy...?

Can play in any one else's server fine? :heckle:

What are we doing wrong as me and mates are new to plying Far Cry online.
And this is the only game we have problems online with.
