NEW Battlefield / BF2 Community & Servers Seeks Members

In preparation for Battlefield2 myself and some fellow enthusiastic gamers have formed a BRAND NEW Desert Combat & Battlefield 2 (BF2) Community - 50Klicks.

Here are a few "highlights" to our organisation:

• A 24/7 AMD64 based dedicated BF2 server - with public access and super-fast UK connection (and I mean FAST ;) )
• A separate backup gaming & dedicated TeamSpeak Server for members - connected to the same FAST connection
• Professional website with friendly forums
• Like minded members - committed to having fun with Battlefield and it's various mods
• Continually expanding community
• Regular scheduled game sessions - currently 5pm & 9pm most evenings - public access
• Regular closed games for members - a chance to let members take it out on each other!
• Popular servers - running latest patches and anti-cheat systems
• In house development team - providing custom maps, and mods

The Server is currently running Desert Combat Final, which will be moved to the backup server once BF2 Demo is released. So whichever game you prefer, you get to play 24/7! :)

We are a new community, but eventually hope to field a gaming team (clan if you like) for regular matches against other teams. At the end of the day our aim is to enjoy ourselves. :D

ok i like battlefield 2.. and i also like your site.. and i may play there when the demo is released... but what i don't like is it being promoted in 2 new threads and in most of the other bf2 threads on hexus.... there is a limit and you are creating the wrong impression of being despararte ofr players ect by this promotion.. tune it down please

This is the one and only thread I have created on the subject at Hexus. I was unaware that it had already been mentioned elsewhere in this section. The site was only formerly launched this morning. What is this "limit" you speak of? Is there a forum rule about these things?

im guessing alterion is refering to this thread.. Hexus forums shouldnt be used as free advertising space... which is what you seem to be using them for - one thread is enough :)
