    GOOD BF 2 servers.

Right, after ages trawling through that unresponsive mess EA call a server browser in BF2, I thought I'd make thread where we can post up good BF2 servers.

By good I'm NOT talking about pings or that stuff, I'm talking about servers where you can consistently get a decent game.

What's a decent game? One where there are commanders that actually command, squads that form up and work as squads, people ise the comms system and where the 'lone wolf' types who bugger off in the lorry leaving you to trudge for miles are at a minimum.

So, bearing all that in mind, post the FULL server names up here so we can start meeting up online and get a good game together.

Has continually suprised me how little verbal comms is used, have been wondering if everybody is using a TS servers and I havent cottoned on yet. Odd really considering the amount of chat we used to have playing DoD, pity OWP died out they had some great affiliated servers could normally find a great game there.

I am mainly playing ranked servers at the moment, but turn up on GSV every once in a while.

EA EU ranked servers, i normally get a good game on them, and if i can;t i just bomb the **** out of everyone in a jet

the multiplay UK ones are rubbish tbh, they dont work properly - no medals are awarded and the end of round stats dont show..ghey

If I ever play on unranked servers tho you'll see me about on GSV

    Alpha9 ... UK

    SAS....... UK

    BR..........UK

These are all Clan servers and all very good. The SAS 64 player is probably the best

Once people start using voice comms, it becomes a whole different game.

People stick together, they choose complimentary classes and generally kick ass.

The other night we had a team of five of us going around - 1 soldier, 1 special op, 1 medic, 1 support and 1 rocket guy. We ruled the map.

Just assign talk to a key and press to talk, you should get an icon come up to say you are transmitting.

I find most of the Multiplay.co.uk Clan servers are good, always having great games in them
