Cs Problems....

hi,

Anyone help me out?

I got a problem with cs.

I don't get a cross hair or any stats at the bottom of the screen, i.e health, money, ammo.

Any ideas?

I think there should be an entry in your config.cfg in your CS folder that should be something like crosshair "1.0000"
1= to crosshair on. I'm not sure what the command for the rest of the HUD is.

thats just the colour of it mtey. try hud_text 1 see if that helps (type it at the bottom of your cfg).

omg i have had the worst time with steam and i just cannot stand it!
ok. First i installed it and when i realised all my binds would b gone and that stuff, and had a quik go i decided 2 go bak 4 a bit of 1.5. But ohonononono not nemore. i dunno what it (steam) did but it really p*ssed me off.
so i uninstalled half-life re-installed it + cs 1.5 and now it still dnt wrk (sum thing about cl_ddls or summit - can ne1 help me with that).
So i thought ill give steam another go and try and avoid getting rid of 1.5 this time.
But again ohononononono. It kinda does nothing for about 20 minutes ,(b4 i give up and close it), when i try and either create a new account or login wth the one i used b4.

Help! ty
