At over a gigabyte, I think I'll leave it for the moment. When I see some reviews, I'll check to see if there is more variation and skill in this game than the first. Then I might download it.

Yeah, I think I'll see what the reviews say, or wait for a mag to give it out on DVD. I remember the first one and really liked it...up to a point, then it got quite samey and a bit fed up of the inventory management it had. We'll see. Lets here some opinions from those with a GOOD DL connection

I might download it just so I have something to download. Sometimes feels a bit of a waste when my computer's idle and im not downloading something... like adding my collection of Linux ISO's.

Wow that is massive. I checked out the screenshots and wasnt impressed enough to want to download so much. How come they still have blindingly obvious polygon construction of the characters.

Its a bit big for a demo I must admit, Fear wasnt to bad in size but thats way OTT, should imagine it will be on a coverdisk within the next few weeks.

Wonder if its one of those where you download the full game and get so long to play it then can purchase a key for it upon release ?

I downloaded this. The cinematics were better than the gameplay!

The graphics don't look that better than the first game either, which is very surprising.

Maybe it just wasn't your sort of game? I mean not EVERY developer can make the 2nd game worst than the first. *I assume the first was better*

Well, normally, I like these kind of games. The first game I liked, but didn't think it was amazing or anything.

I would have thought they would have done more with the graphics and gameplay, but a lot of it seems unchanged.

I was really not impressed by the demo.
Sub-par graphics and questionably worse gameplay than the original.
    Innovative it is not.

    /me looks puzzled at people....

This is hack and slash at its best, superb on lannage. Not as good single player, but definitely heaps of fun on a lan.....

seemed ok to me, nothing new when comes to gameplay other then having insane ultimate moves that splatter blood and limbs everywhere ;p I read that this is basicly the same engine from the first just few improvements and if so then I understand graphics not being that much different. As for gameplay TiG is right, its just a hack n slash rpg, I will prolly check it out and play it with some friends on the net. Overall seems better then the first.
