    Win2k games setup

Does anyone have, or know of a good how-to on setting windows 2000 pro up for games, now before you all tell me to go to XP the answer is NO. I have no issues with this install it's just a vanilla install with just enough drivers, software, etc. to get games running properly, I just want to maximise my performance.

Just get the latest drivers, DirectX and Service Pack 4 and you should be fine. I've yet to install XP, and I'm still happy.

I have my reasons I don't wish to go into them but suffice to say that XP DOESN'T work better for me under certain conditions.
