If anyone played the first BFME (or got a slight interrest in LOTR) they would probably be happy with this link.
Battle for Middle Earth, Videos
There should be quite a few pictures of the new game and also some nice videos (with commentary).
Enjoy!![]()

But still looking forward to this game.

I thought the first BFME game was very tame. Highly polished but the gameplay concepts were extremely poorly thought-out and everything seemed very scripted.
Playing the good campaign, once you had a full allowance of upgraded elf archers you were really were unstoppable. You could roll through levels without even building a base.
The same goes for the powers. I could complete whole levels without building any troops and just using the powers.
The balance was very poor.
I wonder if the 2nd one will support resolutions higher than 1024x768 from the UI?![]()
Looks sweet and I love LoTR. Never played the first one but no RTS will ever be better then the original Command & Conquer.
