    GameShadow - a gamers dream?

We sit down with Tony Treadwell and Nicholas Lovell from GameShadow and find out just what their new bit of software offers for gamers. Is it possible that hassle-free patching is here at last?

Check out our in-depth GameShadow Feature over on HEXUS.gaming.

Yer i tried this when it 1st came out but was disapointed by the lack of patches it actualy had... that was awhile ago now and im guessing its improved alot (esp considering your doing an article on it) however I think ill stick to my fileplanet subscription.

edit: the link at the end of the article is missing the : out of http:// so it tries to go to http://http//www.gameshadow.com - which doesnt work.

I tried it after installing it with Bet on A Soldier. TBH I was supprised at how efficient it was, even patching old gamed like Dungeonkeeper II & RTCW.

my concern would always be over which games are and aren't covered.

how about with games with "unofficial" patches that fix lots o' things, like ut classic or vampire bloodlines?

oh yeah, and a linux version too ;P

Hi guys, we are constantly adding games. We have the complete list on the website here

    http://www.gameshadow.com/gamessupported.asp

Hit the complete list to see the whole lot.

Actually we do support the Vampire Bloodlines stuff and when our subscribers ask we usually accomodate for non official patches too.

On the Linux front, no , not unless there is a bigger take up on that OS.

Ultimately it's down to customer choice. We do things a bit differently, but if you want to go the traditional route and search for stuff that's cool too.

Happy to answer questions here where I can!

Hi there, anything I can do to get people to have a look.

Seriously though, we just do things a bit differently, our view as gamers ourselves was to create something thats easy to use and allows us to play games as much as possible and not have to fanny around trying to find stuff!
