have just finished lost coast! was excellant but i only got 20fps with HDR and 2x AA on so i got a screen shot of how good it is!

i enjoyed it! didnt rush it was very good - This is the first time ive seen my graphics card stuggle! HDR is very nice and very noticible but i find it slightly annoying.

i think i may go play it again
also listen to the sound bites in the game from the makers, some are actually interesting

That was good.

Ran very well on my rig with 1280x1024 maxed out 2AA and 8AF.

Looked very good too. HDR was nicely done too, not overboard but good.

I actually really enjoyed the commentary, the bit about HDR was really interesting.

Now I wish they would release the official SDK for DOD:S, instead of the bodged one I have set up at the moment.

Finished it at 2am last night. Didn't rush it, its just really not very long. Its def a tech demo, not a new level for Half Life 2, so don't be dissapointed.

My cpu was under spec so ran it on medium settings with no AA or HDR and thought it looked really good, with good frame rates. Then upped all the settings except AA and it looks amazing, but stuttery. Running at 1920 x 1200 on a Dell 2405 so didn't think I needed the AA. Can't wait to get my new rig to see how it looks with it all turned on!!

i played it a little bit but then my system locked up for sum reason

havent bothered to try it again, perhaps i should update the cards drivers (currently on 5.8), havent done that in a lil while...
