    Xbox 360 finder service!

    Right then, here's the deal...

With so many of us hoping to find an Xbox 360 tomorrow I thought we here at HEXUS towers could help!

I'm going to pop a spare sim card in my phone and YOU guys can then text in with locations where you've seen the Xbox 360 for sale off the shelf.

This could be a supermarket like Tesco or ASDA, or maybe an independant retailer that few people know about...

Text the name of the retailer and what town they're in and I'll get it up on here as soon as I can for the benefit of everyone!

Be aware that I WON'T answer calls, I just want texts and any information I post is based purely on the info supplied by you guys, so no wild goose chases wasting everyone's time, eh?

    The number to text is:

    07952 839 291

So punch it into your mobiles now and get ready to send in your Xbox 360 sightings as soon as you spot 'em!

It is a great idea, but I think stocks are SO limited that they'll all be gone within 10 minutes of any store opening...

Didn't take the number with me this morning. Sorry Nick.

GAME CMK had 20 core units for shelf. When i arrived to pick my unit up (9.40am) they had 6 left. By the time i'd paid for mine (10.04) they had one left. So thats probably gone. Some very luck people are now playing on a 360 core system.
Major downside GAME were only selling the core as part of a £620 package comprising of extra wired controller, 8 games of your choice, memory card and a CD holder.

I spoke to the manager of Game CMK (crown walk) and they actually had a £769 premium + games and accessories package available!

Well thanks for posting in here what you've found fellas.

I've had one text of nothing but a full stop, (thanks for that) and someone with a witheld number has tried calling again... I won't answer the phone, just send me a text!
