    Problems buying Steam games

    Ah, joy of joys.

Now I'm back home for a week I thought it wold be all nice and fun to get back to playing some CS and playing Source, which I haven't before.

So, me installs Steam, i try to register and it tells me my Cd key (for original CS) is already in use. Silly me forgot that I already had an account from back in the day.

So, I can play CS and the original half life fine and dandy. But, when ever I try to buy Source, or HL2, or any other Steam related product, I'm told "Specified Subscription is not available for credit card purchase". Which is a trifle irritating.

I've tried creating a new account, but it still wont let my buy. Anyone got any ideas what's up?
