Cedega, the software for running Windows games in Linux, has hit version 5.0 today.

The main features (as advertised) are:

  • Plays Battlefield 2, Dungeon Siege 2, and some crappy american football nonsense
  • Pixel Shader 1.4 support
  • Behaves better on 2.6 kernels
  • Command-line app replaced entirely with clicky GUI
  • Other bits & bobs
