Question new THE MOVIES game anyone?

anyone tried it out yet? I understand it's a bit like the sims but focused around the movies. Have read the Gamespot review but want something from the real world.

    anyone?

Yeah, It's a pretty cool game, but right now I'm just not having time to play it because of school and work

You can create your own movies out of pretty many preanimated scenes, which is pretty funny too, so you definetly should check it out if you like the kind of managing games!

Ok then. Well, I can see where the Sims comparison comes from; when you zoom into your actors, directors or whoever they look a little like c haracters from that game - the animation reallly brings them to life though, and is top notch throughout.

It's he gameplay that makes The Movies though. At it's heart you have a 'tyvoon' atyle of game - think of Bullfrog's 'Theme Park' and you're kind of there. Throw in the movie making though (and you have as much control over this as you like, down to writing your own scripts, choosing camera angles etc.) and the ability to share them online, and you have a game which offers nasses of depth, allows you to explore your creativity, has plenty of trademark Lionhead humour, etc. Brilliant title.
