    Hexus.Gaming Ads

    Morning

Just a quick question really, you know that there are context sensitive ads in this section of the forum, do you (as in any hexus staff) have any control at all over the content? I would guess not but since I don't know how you deal with ads (eg contract them out, or just use google ads) it's worth asking.

reason is that I keep seeing adds for things such as 'World of warcraft gold', or other similar ads and it seems a bit..odd for hexus to be promoting such a thing. Buying and selling gold outside of the game isn't allowed, and will get peoples accounts banned if they are caught doing so (this is aside from the moral aspect of cheating, even more so cheating in a mmorpg). So was just wondering why hexus (seems to be ) encouraging this? (although not explicitly), and if you had any control would you be able to block them

It's not a big issue, as I know people who want to cheat will do so anyway regardless, but still..hopefully you can see where I am coming from with this.

    Cheers

    Spud/Pete

    It isn't InteliTXT

We do Geotargetting on a heap of regions - and I notice you are outside the UK which means you miss 90% of all our cool adverts, and end up with nasty Google stuf...

soo...thats a 'no' you don't have control of it then? It didnt look like a google add, was a big picture based one (as opposed to the normal google ones with 4 ads in the space for 4 diff things, just txt)

Yeah I know im not in the uk atm so maybe thats it
