1. There were some pics quite some time ago of the 24" Dell connected to the Xbox 360, showing all three HD resolutions. Try looking at the 'Xbox360 reviews start to appear' thread.
2. There is an easy workaround with the sound aspect, but I don't know about that sort of area, I'm sure someone else around here does though.
If you use a scart splitter then you should have the ability to run sound, but you would need the soundbar for the 2405 to do so, there are no speakers as standard on the monitor...Originally Posted by unreal

thanks for the replies and links guys, do u know if its possible to connect the xbox360 audio wires directly to the audigy 2zs sound card, this way i wont have buy the crappy dell sound bar.
if the sound card has the connections ie optical (that is assuming 360 has optical) or coxail cables (Like with the cart cable) then yeah, shouldn't be a problemOriginally Posted by Chemical_Ali

The XBox 360 VGA cable has 2 phono leads for sound which you can easily conert to a single 3.5mm jack to connect to the line in of any PC sound card, this is how Im gonna hook up mine for sound.
I don't have a line in on my Mac Mini so i'm gonna have to buy a audio spliter to attach it to my speaker system. I think Maplin sell them.
