Actually I just went back to be sure, it was actually £25 off m8. t

    The whole bundle was...

    XBOX Premium
    1 extra wireless conmtroller
    Perfect Dark
    Memory Pack

    Came to about £351 - £25 = £326 ish.

It was a bargain posted in Hexus bargains a bit back. Spend over £300 get £25 off.

You've ordered the Premium pack and a memory pack? Isn't it just wasting money as the hdd will be used for save games.

I don't have a clue what the memory is for. I havn't ordered it extra, It's a bundle at Dixon's. I have a feeling it similar to the xbox memory cards that slot into the controller? Although I've never owned one of them for my xbox so I couldn't comment on how they work. But aren't they for changing Saves games to other systems etc? The same bundle at Gameplay is 30 quid more than this bundle and no extra memory card. Why is that a waste?

Typical bundle deal from shops who have no idea. Its a waste because thats what the hdd is for, yes you can move save games between units/friends but you can remove the hdd and do exactly the same. I'm not knocking you, i've seen the same thing on another forum and he had no clue why he was ordering a memory card.

I've only ever known one of my friends to have a mem card for Xbox, and that was because his wife took a hammer to his box He managed to get the data off and transfer to a new box.

    I've had the same email.

I paid 336.98 for: (used the 25quid off voucher)
    Xbox360 Premium
    PGR3
    Extra Wireless controller

So I'm still fingers crossed it comes soon.

I only ordered on 25th October as well, so could be lucky lucky.

Yeah, but if you got to a mates to play multiplayer and you want to use your profile, you cant plug boths hdds in whereas you can use multiple memory units at once

I just had a horrible thing happen I log on to Dixons accounts and clicked my order. If you have a look at your order aswell it states.

Usually posted 5-7 days after launch. WTF is that supposed to mean? Please don't upset me though. Just lie to me, Just don't tell me anything bad

I've heard that they might be dispatchng tomorrow. We'll have to wait for emails to see.

5-7 days is stated usually just to cover themselves.

I understand deliveries will be handled via DHL.

Just because you got an email saying theyre starting to process your order doesn't mean you're guaranteed one or that they will ship it out for launch

I think the fact they've taken the money from my credit card is a good sign.
