EA Sued of John Madden 2006

Californian based Virtual Jam claims that he met with EA officials to discuss football game. Alledgedly the features that were mentioned in the meeting were then incorporated into the game.

He's now taking them to court to sue them.

Looking into it, it's the "Superstar" mode on 06, which imho is a bit rubbish anyway, I had a quick look at it, and that was that, back to the franchise mode, should be interesting to see what happens with this though.
