    US man sues Microsoft

    Yes, it's started already.

A chap over in the States has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft over the Xbox 360...

Check out HEXUS.gaming for more info.

Hell will freeze over 1,000,000 times before anyone could sue Microsoft, of all companies, sucessfully for something like that. Unfair or not, it's just plain daft.

It would also be unreasonable for all the people who would have thier Xbox360's recalled which where not faulty.

Although to be fair, i have my suspicions about this story, or at least the guy involved, anyway.

hehe, yeah, I'm sure that'll come.

I like the fact he's sueing for costs for sueing them!

I know that sueing for costs is standard, but it just made me chuckle....

I have been playing the 360 for a good couple of days now and still have not had any problems with freezing.

Good luck to the guy though I hope he has legal aid.

meh serves him right for buying first generation hardware tbh...It's the same no matter if its a GFX card, Mac, Console, Phone...you just need to wait for rev2 or 3 for the bugs to be ironed out
