It's pure speculation but it seems strange that he makes a public comment on this.

Yeah same here i'll probably get the 360 march time, hopefully by then they should be in stock . Might get the PS3 when MGS4 comes out though
i'd really prefer a ps3 - simply due to the back-catalogue of which i already on several chunks.. but november? they're making it hard for us to stay loyal :P
tbh, it is speculation, theres no reason (imo) why sony couldnt do an international launch..
