Max Payne 2

I've played this game and to say the least it's brilliant, it's very dark, eery and just the style of it I love.

It's £25-£26 on major sites like Play.com and Gameplay, etc, but £17.99 on www.mx2.co.uk.. Is this company to be trusted? I've just not heard of them before.

It's a very good game but too short, there's 8 hours of playing time there at most!

its "good", the havok physics breath life into the game but apart from that i cant really see anything that can bring it up to brilliant. and yes its VERY short.

Yes Howard mx2 are fine to use mate. I havant bought anything from them myslef but i know a couple of people who have been buying dvd's and cd's from them for years.

From what ive played of it im impressed, I like how you can knock over crates and bottles Half Life 2 style, My mate has finished it and he also commented it was to short.

I have to admit, this game is one of the best games ive played in a long time although a little short it has excellent gameplay.

It's rather difficult even when the difficulty is on easy

I keep getting killed near the begnning in the warehouse when the cleaners are trying to escape...Them and their damn shotguns

I completed it in a day, without much hastle at all but still playing it now on harder and it seems to be a hell of a lot more challenging

I did it in 6 :/

Still a great game although the action was perhaps 3 hours and video/film/story was another 3 lol.

Yeh i have to agree with that though, its more movie than gameplay lol

I'm going to start it again this aft, I got killed in the warehouse in the same place. You meet the woman then go down the lift and loads of blokes there with the formentioned shotguns.

I really like the bullet time combos on this one. Spinning round and things like that while firing, really gives it a movie feel

I only ever use shootdodge. I managed to pull off that spinny thing once, but 99% of the time i make sure i never need to reload - an old habit from CS days.
