Future Publishing don't publish the Official Nintendo Mag, it's EMAP. Future do the Official Xbox/360 and PS2 mags.

Not sure who it is here, but I would never, ever want to work for Future, no matter how sweet the job sounds.

and your justification for that is....?

I'd enjoy writing for a gaming mag, i just dont know enough about games. Sure, i know LOTS about games, but you need to be able to make relevant obsqure references to games of days gone by, which quite frankly i couldnt do confidently.

Perfect job for a Ninty Nutter like DirectHex.

It's definately Future Publishing who are recruiting. It's on a press site so I can't link to it.

Talking to various people who work @ magazines owned by them, and hearing various stories of dodgy practice.

They're just not a publisher I respect. At all.
