Xbox 360 - where to buy?

Where can I buy an Xbox 360 (premium) from? I know it sounds like a daft question but nobody seems to have any stock. Those that do are charging >£500!

Well I would keep checking places such as... HMV, Argos, PLay, Gameplay, Comet, ToyRus.. etc..

As I have been on the lookout for one since Christmas, and yesterday my Mum happened to be popping down town, so I got her to check whether they had any premiums in stock, and to my surprise they did!.. So it's coming tomorrow.

I was very surprised as it was a Mid-Sunday afternoon.

But yeah I would either keep checking in-store, or alternatively ring the ARGOS DIRECT line.. on 0870 600 2020. When I rang, they were very helpful and could tell me when they were getting stock in etc..

I got one from game, a good site to use for stock info is www.xbox360locator.co.uk
It's got loads of retailers on and gives pretty accurate info on stock levels, there's a sort forum/comments bit as well. Hope that helps.

Seems that Argos are getting quite a few in but not always updating the website. Probably worth giving them a call to see if they have anything in stock

GAME in Hanley had some Cores in last weekend, and they should be getting some premiums in soon apparently, so there is stock out there to be had by the looks of it!

Do Game still force you to buy the 360 in a bundle? Heard all sorts of horror stories about em when they were first released... There's only 1 or 2 games I'd buy with a 360 tbh - and 2 unwanted games would end up costing 90-100quid

They DO but if you argue with them and quote their T&C's

My friend got a premium with two games from them the other day

GAME has a £20 deposite, and a guaranteed premium by next week, or after the 27th. They forced me to go with the 299.99 pack which includes King Kong. I'm selling King Kong off in the forsale section at cost with my second premium unit I'm in line for from HMV. Thinking of selling it for £319.99 inc RMSD
