For patches, just grab the Mega Pack. It contains the latest patch the and the ECE pack, which has new maps and vehicles.

UT2007 isnt far away i don't think. Back in the day i used to play a lot of UT2004
For mods and mutators look here. I highly recommend the Arkon Weapons 2004 mutator. It adds some great new weapons to the game. If you have a speedy connection I would download the Mega Pack as mike said.![]()
Cheers, still waiting for the game to arrive...
I love playing UT2003 still (especially since discovering that 1 it works perfectly in widescreen and 2 the latest patch requires no cd to be present!), and enjoyed the 2004 demo.
Anyone reckon it's worth £10 to £15 it seems to be going for on ebay?
I also love playing battlefield 2 and am still only near the start of FEAR, so my girlfriend might not appreciate me dedicating MORE time on the computer.....

Actually getting games 2 years after release might not be such a bad idea... now we can run them with all the settings whacked up to full and still get a constant 60fps. I remember back in the day I had to run Half-Life at 800x600 with the details turned down so it looked horrible, and still barely managed to keep at 60fps. Now I just whack CS1.6 and stuff to 1600x1200 with loads of AA and AF... still looks pants but it's smooth

I used to love UT2004, in fact I'm going to stick it on my PC again now and try the new packs![]()
Well it arrived but I only had time for a quick blast. I got it for 10 quid including delivery, but it also came with Totally unreal (unreal, unreal mission pack, unreal tournament) and ut2003. I don't care for ut2003 but I like the totally unreal pack and had given my old one away ages ago.
It's nice being able to whack up everything to max (I like the announcer comment when you do so) and stick on full AA and AF and still get fab framerates - it's actually quite a pretty game in some maps

Went to buy from Tesco, but they add delivery charge so total is £11.13.
A place i'd never used before called The Game Collection has the DVD version here for £9.95 inc free delivery, and is in stock at this time.
Buying now.
Have seen Amazon selling the CD version for about £7.49 inc delivery from their 'Marketplace' (ie ebay thing, possible rip-off?), but at 6 CD's that'd be a nightmare.

Yeah, cool game.
Anyone remember the glitch, where you could fly the leaviathon with raptors underneath it?
Just noticed on play.com UT2007 is on pre-order for just 17.99.
It will probably go up come release time, think they've done it before. They've had 2007 listed for months.Originally Posted by Smokey21
