Xbox 360 Achievements.

For the 360 owners:

Which of the achievements that you've earned so far has been the hardest to get?

For me getting Rank 1 on Gotham 3 was quite easy but took a very long time, Gold Champion was tricky (the cone gate levels are the biggest problem is getting Platinum Champ), Style Racer took a lot of effort as well.

Hardest though as probably completeing all levels under par time on Marble Blast Ultra. Some of the advanced levels were very hard. Also getting all the Easter Eggs.

Some of the achievements do seem impossible. Game Master on Smash TV for instance; complete the game without using a continue? No chance. I looked on the leaderboards and even the best player in the world doesn't have it.

Black Belt Grandmaster on Mutant Storm reloaded is also almost impossible. Finish the whole game from level 1 to level 89, starting on Black Belt. I checked and only 2 people in the world seem to have this.

Compare this to most EA games, which seem to give up all 1000 of their points for pretty much no effort at all... typical.

Anyway, what decent achievements do you lot have?

Mate you got tons of points compared to my 95 Glad my gf needs to work all over the weekend. I'm gonna get some major hours in.

Lol, most of mine are form Gun, which I hired. It is pants but gives good points. I will never get all of the PGR ones as I can't drive to save my life!

Most of mine are PGR3 achievements but they would be as it is my only game at present.

Not sure about the hardest but I read about achievements for just watching other people's replays. Hardly an acheievement. This makes the whole achievment thing a bit pointless.

As for my achievement, I got the fastest ass whopping on DoA4 on Carl's Xbox.

39 secs on hard and it was game over

Think the hardest achievement I have probably done so far is the black pearl on hexic.

Apart from that most of the others have been fairly striaght forward although I havent been on the xbox that much recently

I've had my 360 running for around 8 hrs and no overheating , but I think it was definitely geometry wars getting more than 250k points or something like that. The screen is basically filled by the time that you get to that score, its ridiculously fun

No, games have achievements for doing lots of different things; Gotham gives you most of its achievements for racing performance, with a few thrown in for things like watching replays, making your own tracks, etc. Shows you have experianced the whole game.

EA games giving you 1000 points for doing a few easy tasks that can be done in a few hours are what makes the achievement system pointless.
