To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
Too true M8 - Gods rocked big time. Was a bit tricky in places but I played it the other day and it still rocks - now that is a testament to true design.
Shame the bitmaps have been producing sub-par titles for the past few years. Speedball Arena might rock tho - if it ever sees the light of day.
cheers all
Lion Heart is considered as the technical pinnacle of AMIGA gaming. It featured the most advanced graphics seen on the AMIGA 500.Hi-Res detailed graphics like this, were only dreamed of back in 1993 on the PC and 16-bit consoles of the time.
A very faithful remake was recently released for the PC

I really don't know how this guy was able to pull of this on the PC, unless he had the source code!
There are a few sound-effects missing here and there and the 1st Boss is slightly easier than the AMIGA version, but overall this is an excellent remake!
There is even an extra Stage 1.5!
CD32, A500, A1200 (68030), B2000 (68040) and an A4000 (68060 + picasso graphics)
Not that I was obsessed with them or anything. Oh no.
I still wish i'd never sold the A4k - it was an amazing machine.
moonstone was quite simply awesome
ahh the memories
Who remebers shadow dancer?

The Amiga I had was the 500+ which came with a whole 1mb of memory and it was a beast
You actually managed to fit a 68040 in an A2000? I thought that was technically impossible!?
Did you also upgrade it to AGA chipset?
"The B2000 ran my BBS"
What's BBS?
There was a piggyback board (like there was for the A1200) that did it - the manu escapes my mind right now.
Nah - that bit is technically impossible
lol - now i feel old. A BBS (Bulletin Board System) was an ASCII based server that people dialled into (via modem) and uploaded/download files to (with a ratio system in place for each user to encourage uploads). Basically it was filesharing in the pre-internet era.. The best bit was the owner was a 'sysop' - which sounds excellent but just meant system operator. I spent hours doing ASCII artwork for it. I'm getting teared up awww.
Oh god the phone bills.. My folks eventually forgave me (I think).
Best use of a spoiler alert ever
