Right, im getting a 360

I think im going to get the premium and ghost recon for £300 at gamestation- seems like a good buy.

I want to play it in HD through my dell 2005fpw so i need a vga cable. Where is the best place to get one?

Do i need a play and charge kit?

Any other accesories that are worthwhile picking up?

If i remember correctly that monitor doesnt have HDMI therefore you would need something like

http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=298854

The plug and play charge kit althought it isnt really needed would be a good purchase as this would stop the batteries dying mid game

The play and charge kit is needed ,as the batteries, dont last long, with vibration and headsets running while on live,im normaly charging up about twice a week, and if that was replacing batteries twice a week it could get expensive.

Like Boldyboy - I'd definately recommend the Play & Charge kit. The batteries really don't last long! It also allows you to charge the batteries and continue using the pad at the same time...

I've got the play and charge kit, find it really useful, and like Boldyboy said, it saves money on batteries.

There should be no problems getting the official cable at the current moment.

We have just over 20 pcs in stock of the VGA cable.

Would you advise getting the VGA cable then?

I have the HD cable into my 2405 but would the VGA one be a lot better?

Ive got an offical VGA cable here and its going back in exchange for a generic GAME one
The reason ? - It has no blinking optical output on it. I cant belive MS missed that one

Oh, and get a P&C kit, it'll save you a lot of hasle.

Cheers for the suggestions guys

Okay, will definately get a play and charge. Cant believe MS dont include an optical out... its more than twice the price of a 3rd party cable aswel.

Kempez, i think vga leads are only worth it if you have no input on your monitor for the included cable.

Do games fill the whole screen now? (my PS2's black borders on unoptomised non 60hz games really got to me)

Vga cables are now in stock in most GAME stores or you could try www.gameplay.com all games are nearly £10 cheaper than high street prices and if you preorder games from them ,you usually get the games a day or 2 before release.
